Short Ribs


  • 2 pounds Beef Short Ribs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
  • 1 cup prune juice
  • 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce


  1. Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper and cut into 3-4 inch segments.
  2. Set Instant Pot to saute and heat avocado oil.
  3. Sear ribs on all sides in inner pot and remove.
  4. Add prune juice and teriyaki sauce.
  5. Place ribs back into pot.
  6. Lock cover into place and set to sealing.
  7. Set to manual for 45 minutes.
  8. Naturally release pressure.
